The Apartments

El Pelicano Apart-Hotel consists of 10 spacious and fully furnished apartments in downtown Las Galeras, convenient for both long-term and short-term stays. We are located in a quiet corner, surrounded by a lush garden and only minutes from La Playita beach.

Air conditioning 

* Monthly rates do not include hotel service, so the following restrictions apply:
Electricity is charged separately based on the apartment's meter reading.
You receive a 5-gallon bottle of drinking water free at check-in, refills are available at 50 pesos.
You receive a tank with 3 gallons of gas free at check-in, refill is available at 100 pesos per gallon.
Sheets and towels are considered personal laundry and can be washed for 200 pesos per load.

Each apartment comes with:

• One bedroom with a full or queen-size bed and a twin bed (in one of the apartments an extra twin bed can be added)
• Screens on all the windows
• A spacious salon with french doors that lead to the balcony or terrace
• A fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, fridge with freezer, pots & pans, silverware, bottle and can opener, several sizes of knives, coffee maker, ice trays, salad bowl, pasta strainer, plates, glasses, cups, etc.
• A table with 4 chairs
• A completely renovated bathroom with modern shower stall and toilet
• Hot water in the bathroom
• Ceiling fan in the bedroom and the salon
• Air conditioning in the bedroom
• Television with satellite channels

We are surrounded by tropical vegetation, colorful flowers and white-sanded beaches with clear turquoise-green water.

Our little corner of paradise is an ideal spot to get away from the business and relax in a quiet and peaceful environment.

At night, the only sounds you hear are the crickets and the soft ocean waves.
